Sean Allum is a digital artist and oil painter from southern California. He was born June 18, 1981 in Newport Beach and grew up all over Orange County. Sean started drawing at an early age and began painting shortly after high school came to an end. Influenced heavily by the likes of Robert Venosa and Gerard Di-Maccio, Sean painted tirelessly to integrate his visions in the vein of these contemporary masters. Upon accepting that oil painting was not the singularly most effective medium, he went back to school at the Art Institute to learn how to paint digitally. The last 14 years have been a nonstop creative journey including commissioned paintings for professional baseball players, Great Flood Publishing and Avant Guardian among many other clients. Sean is currently a full-time freelance conceptual artist and matte painter.
